Soren Liv were engaged at the construction phase of this 38-townhouse development in the popular suburb of Mt Wellington. Working through floorplans, Soren Liv came up with comprehensive and stylish furniture packages to reflect modern urban living while considering the space, timelines and budget provided.
The developer ended up purchasing 29 furniture packages which were used for show suites and on-sold to investors who saw the appeal of higher rental income generated from renting furnished properties.
