Soren Liv were engaged to develop furniture packages for a mixture of one-bedroom apartments as well as two (and three) bedroom terraced homes in this 180-unit development. The South Auckland location, with excellent transport links, provides a well-integrated community ideal for families, singles and investors alike. Soren Liv came up with contemporary furniture packages to reflect modern urban living while considering the space, timelines and budget provided.

The developer ended up purchasing 50 furniture packages which were used for show suites and on-sold to buyers and investors who saw the appeal of higher rental income generated from renting furnished properties.
