Feather Cushion Fill
Feather inserts are a popular choice for upholstery & cushion fill because they provide a soft and comfortable feel.
To maintain their loftiness and prevent matting, they also require proper care.
General Care
- Fluff and shake your feather inserts regularly to prevent them from becoming compressed and losing their loftiness. Simply grab the cushion by the edges and give it a good shake. This will help to redistribute the feathers and keep them from clumping together. Neglect can cause them to lose their appearance or comfort level temporarily or maybe even permanently.
- Machine washing cushion inserts is not recommended as this can cause damage to the feathers and cause them to clump together. We recommend professional cleaning/dry cleaning if required.
